ANTONIO
YESA
El
vacío que me envuelve
3
February - 30 April 2006

El
vacío que me envuelve (The Void that Enfolds
Me) is the title of the exhibition Antonio
Yesa is presenting at CAC Málaga with nineteen
sculptures that play with light and shadow through
the main material used, metal, to convey his own
idea of space and so that the visitor can inhabit
these created forms.
Antonio Yesa, a sculptor born in the province
of Cádiz who now lives in Málaga, is close to
the craft part of sculpture, since he works on
the piece himself. In El vacío que me envuelve,
open until 30 April, he shows nineteen sculptures
made mainly of metal, combining forms and sizes,
which will be interpreted by the visitors as they
walk around them.
